Website visits: When you visit our website, the web server automatically collects technically necessary data (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser used and operating system. This data is used solely for the technical operation of the website and is not combined with any other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

Contact form: When you send us a request via the contact form, your details (first name, last name, email address, phone number, subject, message) are stored to process your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Email contact: If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored to process your enquiry. No transfer to third parties takes place.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Netlify processes technically necessary data as a data processor (in particular server logs and form data). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. 4. Form Data (Netlify Forms)

Enquiries submitted via the contact form are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to us by email. The data is stored for the duration of processing your enquiry and to fulfil any statutory retention obligations. After processing is complete, the data will be deleted unless a statutory retention period applies.

5. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and no social media plugins. Only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website are used.
